RadiantShield Premium 7
Our Premium range is specifically designed for large-scale building operations. RadiantShield Premium is composed of a 7 mm XPE foam core.
It's worth noting that XPE and EPE differ significantly in their construction despite their apparent similarities. Additionally, we have ensured that this product meets the flammability requirements for building materials as stipulated under the BCA.
The outside surface is polished aluminium with a woven mesh for added strength. It is also coated with a light blue anti-glare finish to aid on-site installation.
RadiantShield Premium features a 150 mm foil overlap flap for optimal coverage and reduced taping requirements.

The insulation comprises a fire-retardant XPE foam sandwiched between two layers of 99+% pure aluminium foil. This innovative design enables the insulation to reflect up to 96% of radiant heat, keeping your home comfortable throughout the year.
Solavis RadiantShield Premium is fibre-free insulation that replaces conventional insulation and achieves over R3.0 for summer in residential ceiling applications while fully compliant with ASNZS 4859.1.
Our reflective insulation has a foil facing on both sides, which reflects heat for summer and winter conditions. Single-sided foils only reflect heat in one direction.
