Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Defective or damaged items: If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

  • For change-of-mind purchases, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@solavis.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
